酒店环境真的没的说，就在遇龙河边，后门出去不走多远就是工农桥，床也很舒服。但服务真的太一般了，客房电话是坏的，前台接待也是不冷不热，和高大上的环境不太相符，另外酒店一楼都在装修，好吵

酒店很漂亮，服务人员也很好，可惜了房间的浴室设计实在太差，洗个澡流了外面全是水，浴缸那个位置也不设计个门或好看点的装饰，就一块窗帘，过于简陋，对不起这个价格。还有床垫硬得像木板一样，第二天起来腰疼得很。希望能改进

阳朔最好的酒店，吃的还可以提升下，有两个建议。1.冰箱要换牌子或者换地方，一直不制冷，晚上翁翁叫影响睡眠；2.空调不错不过温度控制不准，给个室内温度计。还有……继续住的客人第二天也送几个水果吧，自来水有水垢，可能是本地水的问题。其他的挺好。

因为七月份水灾，酒店一楼被淹，电梯和游泳池暂停开放，儿童乐园也是室外的，所以没法玩。酒店房间设施保养得不错，房间也够大，比较干净整洁，阳台景观很好，可以看见遇龙河漂流的竹筏，要赞一下酒店临时中西餐厅的自助早餐，品种还算可以，尤其早餐的桂林米粉，是我吃过最好吃的，连续吃了两天，连汤都喝完。酒店位置不错，通过旅游部定的遇龙河漂流，有车送去码头，漂流完下船地点也离酒店很近，也可以直接靠酒店边上下。去蝴蝶泉和银子岩景区也方便，总体来说挺满意！
