酒店设施有点老，不过还算干净，位置离西街很近，出入方便，酒店的工作人员态度也很好很热情也很负责任，只是酒店一楼的旅游服务很不靠谱，价格高也就算了，定的车接去机场，先是告知要改时间，后又告知不能上门接；接着又说定的刘三姐的贵宾习的票没有了。这些我们都是付了全款的，而且定的时候反复跟她确认的了，结果样样变卦，毫无诚信，还影响了我们的心情！好在在酒店对面
昊天下旅行社重新订到了车子和贵宾门票，而且价格都要便宜很多，接待我们的大姐也是个雷厉风行的主，而且也很有诚信，虽然导游嫌她卖给我们的贵宾票价格低，不给她票了，她还是想办发搞定了贵宾票，真的很感谢！所以也向大家推荐下！愿守信的生意人，生意兴隆！！
