一次比较糟糕的体验。2015年初二，本人提前4天订了5间房。提前跟订房主任协商，希望能安排较好的房间。订房主任答应。待我们去前往后，发现图片与实际房间差距甚大。那个大床房几乎没啥空间走动。收我们458元，坑爹。最要命是晚上下雨，那个水滴落雨蓬，声音很大、整晚都睡不好！下次不会再来！

三人间我是非常不推荐住的，原因有两个，第一三人间对着一个正在施工的楼，大早上就叮当的，第二个，看电视到零点的时候，突然一个灯泡坏了，还喷火花，然后屋子里面充满了刺鼻的味道，要求换的房间。

酒店真的没有之前网上点评的好，前台服务员服务倒是挺热情，房间环境不好，有味，太吵，早餐太次了，除了鸡蛋没啥合口味的，不信你试试

作为华住最高档的联锁酒店，设施硬件达不到，例如厕卫分开却小的要命，六层没有电梯到达是加层热的要命，所有特价房都是无景观。总台服务员没有礼貌用语，聊天待漫旅客。总之除卫生尚可，所处地段方便外，实在不敢恭维。
