感觉不错，在北京这样的的地方这个位置价位就算便宜的啦，公交车相当方便，地铁稍稍远了点，早餐也还行，吃饱没问题

环境很差，80年代招待所的感觉，很破旧，面积也很小，早餐种类不多，酒店位置还可以，出门有公交车，距离五棵松地铁站三站地。

有蚊子，房里有电蚊香确没配电蚊片。房卡和身份证放了一天就消磁了。上了楼又得下去修理。连张备用的房卡都没有。设施老话。三星的价格，招待所的水平。唯一优点是离301医院近，出门步行10分钟，骑单车5分钟就到了。

房间很小，设施很差，房间老化严重，所谓的大床最多1.4宽两人睡有点挤，紧靠高架桥路边，晚上车水马龙听的一清二楚。几乎没有啥服务，谈不上有服务，何谈服务质量。
