离富春、吟春茶社很近，旅社老板人很热情，三人间没有了，老板又特意加了一张床。唯一不好的就是卫生间的热水不太热！

房子是老板自己家建的，虽有些旧，但还算清爽，老板人很好。关键是出门就是古巷，离老街也很近走路五分钟，感觉不错。

因为是仓促改变行程，所以在网上查了很多，根据旅游景点位置选了这家。对这家的评价就是：地理位置超赞，到个园、东关街、三春茶社等景点、饭店直接步行到达；
公寓属于住户改造，不能跟酒店、宾馆比，毕竟价格查了一大截，总体还行
老板人很好，服务到位。
