  环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住是挺好的，挺安静的。服务也很好，服务人员都很客气。

  定了两间房一间家庭房，家庭房很烂，一看就是服务员房改的，房间很拥挤，床单有褶皱，没有床头橱，没有床头，没有拖鞋没有水没有电吹风…水壶里有热水，厕所里有抹布，房门锁突出来一块很难开关，跟服务员反应，服务员过来使劲一推，翻了个大白眼给我们，反问说我怎么能打开？

  服务员态度差，房门明明锁有点翘起来了，打不开门，然后跟他们说，服务员翻了个白眼说，我怎么能打开？我们：？？？
