周围环境不错，打开窗户就是小秦淮河，交通便捷，但房内硬件设施比较陈旧，卫生间门上的油漆已剥落，天花板上的有水迹霉斑，说是新装修，估计还没装修到这儿。如果不考虑卫生间，应该还是不错的。
