刚入住这家酒店，非常棒！超出预期，迎宾员陈诸杰的服务一流，帮送行李的过程中，和我们介绍了酒店的情况以及当地吃喝玩攻略，虽然之前我们来过扬州玩过，但让人感觉很贴心！总的来说这家酒店绝不逊色于同类豪华酒店，家人非常喜欢！

酒店古色古香，紧靠瘦西湖风景区，距离火车站出租车需25分钟，来到酒店，服务人员脸带微笑，给人宾至如归感，酒店迎宾热情引导至房间，并详细介绍了周边的景点布局和周边餐饮位置，服务人员陈英红服务很贴心，得知我们有两个娃、及时送来了浴巾毛巾，并将儿童的尿不湿带出房间。
