什么星级酒店服务，太让人气愤，查不到订单态度还那么差，扬州大小的星级酒店多的不得了，凭啥要选你家，第一认可你的品牌，第二认可你的洲际管理团队，真是让人跌破眼镜，帮客人预定让接电话还不接，你🐂掰，不听解释还说什么钱打给艺龙又不是打给她们，有本事就从各大预订平台退下来好了！现在酒店行业竞争如此激烈，还推荐客户住这家，真是丢人加跌破眼镜，做不了微笑服务至少有点耐心吧……投诉艺龙，投诉酒店，就不信还没有一个说法！好不容易接电话，都已经解释的很清楚了！二天的订单是分开的，一天担保了，一天已经付款，不管从几方预订的，作为客户只要能按时入住就行，当中的系统确定作为客户是可以不要管的！最后来一句，没看到！没看到就不要乱说，那么确定➕肯定知道别人的事情吗？酒店方需要摆明自己的态度，对于这样的服务员希望能引起酒店的注意，员工培训工作不知道怎么做的！入住无数酒店，此次的体验度最差！以后慎重选择皇冠！
