客栈位置极好，临近东关街闹中取静，交通方便但不吵闹。设施比较陈旧，空调噪音很大，电视遥控器不太好使，房间灯光昏暗。毛巾浴巾都很旧，颜色已经黯淡发黑，而且边缘都破了，应该更换一批了。住了三天，感觉打扫卫生马马虎虎，有一天更换过的浴巾一打开竟然有一团头发，感觉房间地面根本不打扰，吃的水果皮掉地上一块一直都在。清明期间虽然满房，但这样的服务也太不合格了。总之，对卫生如果要求不高，客栈地点还是不错的

酒店在东关街美食广场内，对来游玩的朋友说地理位置佳，酒店服务好，内外都是仿古布置，唯一缺点房间小，对要求不高的游客来讲是最佳选择，吃住行都很方便，自驾停车不太方便，旅游旺季哪儿都不好停车
