第一次遇到在软件上订房间不开发票的！关键是，管理混乱，前台业务不熟悉！给房卡，交押金，竟然没有单子。同事定的标间，给了单间！第一晚一个人睡，想想算了！第二晚朋友来，换了标间。退房的时候，明明给了二百押金，却不承认。退押金的时候，有签字，白纸黑字显示在那，还不承认。搞得骗这一百似的！搞到最后，查了一小时多的视频，虽然道歉，但耽误了行程！
