定的是家庭房，到了以后，酒店支支吾吾，刚开始说没收到预约，后来又说原来价格做不了，最后通过艺龙解决了，但是还是让人感觉心里有些不舒服。

初二在艺龙定了2间308元的大房床，1件308元的家庭房，到了酒店询问前台服务员才知道308元的大房床，在他们酒店定只需要288元，和双标的价格是一样的，打电话疑问艺龙客服还死不承认，还说酒店经理会向我解释，到后来连个人影都没有见到，艺龙太坑了，酒店还是不错的，环境清洁，服务也热情周到，对酒店满意，对艺龙差评

1⃣️到店查确认信息让人感觉不踏实，钱都预付了不会没落实吧2⃣️早餐太简单了也，或许因为假期，上饭上餐具收拾垃圾只有一个上岁数大姐，感觉少管理，有点儿脏，好处是随便吃3⃣️预付2天，只刷了一天房卡，有一点冒火4⃣️临走退100块房卡押金，竞木有交接5⃣️交通较方便，推荐住同一个楼的如家试试

第一次入住此品牌酒店。地点距离美食街很近，住宿环境很好，服务员很热情。我在艺龙订的价格要比酒店挂牌价格低20，酒店入住时候，服务人员及时和艺龙取得联系，如实按照预定价格入住，酒店的服务反应，以及艺龙网客服人员与酒店协商迅速，5分钟内解决一切。我对此次的预定酒店服务和酒店提供服务，表示衷心满意和感谢！

第一次入住，酒店的环境有点出乎意料，酒店的设施很新，很干净，环境非常好，无线wifi,超大的液晶电视，如家的感觉！价格也比较公道。楼下就有一个简餐店和一个长江渔村饭店，可以满足不同饮食要求，我觉得很不错，下次去扬州还会住。
