酒店设施一应俱全，房间整洁宽敞，窗外就是运河风光带，景色宜人，空气好！服务员工作规范认真。大厅设有茶吧，可使用客房的赠饮卷品咖啡或绿茶，想得很周到。特别表扬一下公关部的陈旭，不但很细心地问我入住的情况，有什么意见和建议，还向我介绍餐厅的美食，淮扬的特色，并且讲解附近比较有名的景点古迹:何园、个园、文昌阁等等，以及线路，简洁易懂。以后在扬州我只住这家酒店。

酒店环境卫生还可以，就是离景点不算很近，自己去景区的话骑公共自行车还是挺远的，还是要靠打车

地方还可以，南楼似乎有点老，房间层高不错的，离各个景点也非常近，交通便利，扬州打车好难，还是公斤靠谱点

清明期间价格直逼600不含早，南楼设施陈旧基本招待所标准。第一间2317，卫生间热水需要放很久才热，洗了澡出来，发现空调不起作用，没风，请了电工检查说是空调坏了。折腾换另一房间2306，空调有风没有温度等于是坏的，吧台的插座也是坏的，只能在地上烧水。房间靠厨房位置，时不时锅炉的声音，提醒该早起了。扬州晚间温度只有5度，压了两床被子，早上一起鼻子就塞住了，我也是醉了，不挂星的酒店近600不含早，不含空调，无数个坑。看了其他评论才发现估计整栋南楼的空调都只是摆设吧，要住房的亲不如选街对面的如家了！
