地理位置很好，位于瘦西湖和大明寺之间，去两者都很近。酒店也是仿古建筑，整体环境很好。酒店服务很好、很好，之前订单是送瘦西湖门票，想改成大明寺的，酒店安排人员带我们一起去大明寺，重新帮忙买票。
酒店设施总体还好，毕竟是老店，多年前的先进设备现在看来有点过时。

床很舒服！这件房间喷头有点坏，但是水压很给力，洗澡很爽。房间灯光有点暗，个人还是喜欢亮堂点的。

如果想体验静谧的中式园林风格酒店，选这家酒店相当不错。服务员态度真心没话说，我住的3号楼服务员是位叫方玉的姐姐，笑容亲切，体贴入微，退房时还帮我将行李送至前台，真心为她点个赞。酒店离大明寺和瘦西湖风景区北门很近，可步行前往，早上坐在鉴真广场看书，耳听大明寺晨钟敲响，心像湖水般宁静。以后有机会还来呀！

这家酒店环境太好了，很安静，服务很周到，还有有帅哥帮提行李哦！早餐品种也很丰富。还免费赠送了饮料，大大的赞！服务员蔡雪梅热情细心！
