首先酒店管理上存在问题，我艺龙上订精致有窗双标，入住时変无窗，争议半天，凑巧旁边一客人和我情况一样，但最后是有窗入住，相当不开心。希望以后做好对接工作。卫生也不配四星。失望。

酒店很精致，非常适合带孩子居住。房间也很宽敞，且卫生干净！去瘦西湖很方便，吃饭，游玩也方便，周围环境也很干净优美！

为什么给差评 入住之前就跟前台说想要个安静的房间 当时两个小姑娘 一个人给到我房间号 另一个人迟疑了一下 我反复去确认安静么？ 绝对安静
很好 晚上八九点钟准时有人唱歌 因为临街 汽车声不断 早上5点多被吵醒

酒店服务好，工作人员态度也好，每次来扬州都入住该酒店，酒店非常适合自驾游的朋友，有自己的停车场，而且离瘦西湖景区也不远，早茶离着冶春也很近，总之来扬州入住这里绝对可靠保障。
