酒店距离瘦西湖南门，虹桥冶春都很近，酒店旁边还有家24小时的快餐店。距离怡园饭店、四望亭也很近。就是酒店的淋浴都是固定花洒的，没有手持花洒。使用起来不是方便。

前台接待人员都非常热情，入住免费升级家庭房，还送来茶水和小吃，酒店地理位置非常优越，到各景点都很方便，很满意，唯一不足是房间设施有点旧。

位置优越，临近瘦西湖南门，东关街也不远，附近早茶有冶春和富春，楼上玉玲珑餐饮很精致，门口有公交车站，出行、吃饭都非常方便。酒店服务从前台到停车场都非常热情，并免费升级到亲子家庭房，特别感谢！
