前台有一位服务员态度很差，遇事儿不会弹性处理，还理直气壮的跟客人吵架，我幸运的是当天前台经理也在，最后跟经理谈妥的，感谢！下次还会入住。地理位置虽然与景区偏了些，但也繁华，扬州市区不大，交通方便，打的或公交车都很快到景点。推荐选择。希望个别服务员态度有所改变！
