房间设施不错，五星硬件，但没考虑实际情况，因为新开酒店房间充满刺鼻的甲醛味，给了个朝西的房间人根本没办法进房，要求换个房间，先后弄了40分钟还没换，最后要求退房才给换个房间，办事的效率无语，建议这么好的酒店是否该考虑用什么方法尽快去除甲醛味，让大家安心入住。
