酒店位置不算市中心，旁边有个很大的湿地公园，设施齐全，也很新，达到五星级酒店的设施水平，电视机跟房间比略显小了点，隔音效果很好，早餐丰富，自助晚餐很不错，鲍鱼捞饭好吃，餐厅工作人员很好，一个男经理样子的人不错，总体性价比很高！

每次来亲戚家都会选择古南都金瓯大酒店，也就是过去的金威大酒店，设施新，卫生干净，服务也周到，节假日还会送上甜点和酸奶，平时入住也有水果赠送，退房时从不查房，更给人信任感，订错房间也及时给予更换，还不让客人下楼，亲自把房卡送上来，非常贴心。
