感谢办理入住的帅哥给升级为套房，孩子住了不想走，退房的美女很亲切，速度很快。门童应该有些年纪了，一直给我们送进客房。整体住得很满意，以后来扬州就造这家。

入住该酒店感觉很亲切，有种宾至如归的感觉。前台的小袁小王还有小刘服务很到位，礼宾部的张松武和赵震师傅尽职尽责服务到家。
该酒店地理位置适中，交通便利，去何园个园还有瘦西湖都很方便，推荐大家入住该酒店。

非常非常棒，前台的王小姐和徐小姐非常热情，非常温柔，把我们带到楼上的张师傅也特别贴心，细心的帮我们讲了一些。酒店非常干净，整洁，设施也很完善，非常棒的一次入住。突然需要温度计，凌晨也很用心的帮我找了一大圈，然后提供给了我们，非常感谢。还提供了酸奶。总体来说，是一个超级棒的入住，下次还会去这里的，体验感满分，性价比极高。

不愧是星级酒店，服务特别好！登记入住时，有专门提供宝贝女儿的儿童鞋拖、儿童牙刷；入住房间一刻钟左右，服务生上门免费送了水果和酸奶
，真的很贴心啊！赠送的第二天的自助早餐也不错，品种多环境好。总体真的很不错！
