本来是看到图片上的大床房才去预定的，可进店被告知图片上的大床房是两种不一样的房间。我就想要好一点的，可前台反应了几秒之后才诡辩称好一点的大床房已经被预定，我上去明明看到房间都还没打扫，难道我们网络客人只能住一般的大床房？真是偷桃换李，挂羊头卖狗肉！

还不错，酒店服务态度也好，订的标间，没房，两天给我们了大床房，网上付的多少钱就是多少钱，没额外收费，还是满意的，对了，离瘦西湖那个西门近呀！瘦西湖西门网络订票是可以取的，现场支付也行，很方便。
