酒店前台服务人员态度非常好，因为订单发生了些问题，他们耐心帮忙解决，最终避免了不需要的损失。酒店内的景色怡人，不出酒店就能欣赏完美的园林建筑，非常愉快的一次短途旅行。

提前一个月定的春节期间的亲子间，只定到了小年夜一晚，升级到行政楼层的亲子房，房间大，小床也很宽，设施有点旧，但使用没问题。有婴儿可以加婴儿床或大床护栏，还要了婴儿澡盆，不过没用。总的来说，性价比挺好的，推荐入住。

春节全家入住，硬件稍微陈旧，但服务很好。酒店很大，是个大花园，停车十分方便。酒店位置佳，早餐趣园茶社很方便，步行五六分钟去虹桥坊用餐的话，冶春、暗恋桃花源、全聚德、东来顺选择很多，总的来说性价比好，推荐入住。
