中午去的时候给了一个厨房旁边的房间由于味道大被要求换了房间，换的房间，排风扇坏，水龙头坏的，抽水马桶也不好，吹风机一会坏一会好，整个房墙壁都是霉点，莫名其妙的窗帘拉开窗帘是一个通道？仓库。隐私性太差。在和店家沟通换房间时，前台态度极其恶劣，说我们付价格有问，同程你定的价格我们没少付你一分钱，做生意做成这样太恶心。沟通过后的结果我们＋60说加个有窗户的，结果二天换房型，换的房的窗户及其脏，一进去三只比大拇指还大的苍蝇，一个没收拾的避孕套，未关闭的空调！！！！！！退房时说好的60又变成了70-好，你说的都对，看我们学生把最差的没法住的房间给我们，作为一个连锁酒店坑蒙拐骗，卫生状况差到令人发指。这种酒店以后也不会再去，所有的东西我们都拍了照片，有理有据，为了一点蝇头小利如此坑害消费者，也在此祝你们早日关门大吉吧！

设施老旧，房间狭小，但是床比较暖和，洗澡水很热，枕头太矮，离何园打车10分钟，起步价，周围的荷花池公园特别丑，周围吃饭的地方不多，离汽车西站打车20分钟吧，30块钱。
