从来没有住过这种垃圾酒店，大冬天的，洗澡洗了10分钟左右，就没有热水供应了，水冰冰冷，打去前台询问，被告知只能供应20分钟的热水，这一切都没有事先告知，且对我们毫无抱歉之意，也没有解决措施，只让我们干等30分钟水烧开再洗，结果等了近40分钟水还是温的，匆忙冲了5分钟后，又出冷水了，无语至极。酒店的空调声音特别响，供热不足，问酒店多要床被子，第一天说会送，然后就没然后了，第二天再致电要被子，说没有多余被子！！！
