酒店设施中规中矩，符合五星标准，有地下停车场，住宿免费停车。酒店服务人员素质很好。旁边有一个凯德广场，购物看电影也很方便，酒店离各个景点都不远，去景点也很方便，不用开车。

走到瘦西湖10分钟，周边也都是老字号的饭馆，因此价格自然不便宜。不过房间还是挺大的，有送酸奶。
