优客尚的设施服务和卫生都不错，可惜此家宾馆的隔音太差，半夜楼道的声音就如同在市场，这一点是扣分最多的。

前台很不错，很认真，很热情告诉怎么走。就是好像离瘦西湖北门有点远。但不喜欢周末涨价的酒店。以后不会去周末就涨价的酒店。虽然有点远，但推介这家酒店。
