去烟台玩第二次订这个酒店，
优点，，
位置离火车站比较近，往南走一段就是烟台三站市场，有卖小吃的，卫生条件比较好，酒店的早餐也不错。
缺点，，
海景房有点鸡肋，基本上只是看到海边的一大片钢铁架子。
服务态度不好，两次订的不同价位的，房间却一样，打电话问原因，说免费升级成行政商务房了，我们就是按行政商务房的价格订的，套路太深。
