酒店位置不错，早餐还可以，离烟台山景区也不远，房间备有空气净化器，晚上回来管家高彦芳送来豆浆粉，是份心意。

早餐种类多，味道好吃；客房有小米净化器，空气很好；床舒服，枕头合适，我们是家庭出游，住的分别是五层和六层，晚上睡觉很安静，酒店的拖鞋不是普通的一次性拖鞋，质量很好；赶上中秋节，酒店送了苹果和月饼，退房之前还送了银耳红枣羹，很贴心，服务非常好；地理位置好，离万达走路不到五分钟，一切都很满意！
