艺龙推荐的碧海饭店店的确性价比很好👌前台接待很热情，尤其是蔡金平女士很热情体贴入微的服务让我们有到家的温暖！房间里整洁舒适，用品等也很实用，停车很方便，适合自驾游哦！感谢碧海饭店的服务员工们！

第一次来烟台，路不熟，看见酒店找不到停车场入口，转了两圈。前台很热情，服务员帮我们把行李一直送进房间。后来还给我们拿了酸奶和苹果。房间很大也很干净，家人很满意。房间中有服务员亲笔写的服务卡，现在一笔一划在纸上手写东西还真是不多见了，可见服务员是真正下了功夫的，这点很感动，离店时我也在纸上写了回复，对酒店及服务员的工作表示感谢。（服务员应该姓高，可惜我没记住全名，抱歉！）酒店的早餐6：45就开始了，这点对我们这些需要一早赶路的旅客来说很方便，早餐的品种也很丰富。家人都说如果下次来烟台还选碧海。总之很值得推荐。
