查询是五星级酒店故在十一期间入住，位置不错，设施较陈旧。房间小，枕头不舒服，被子不软和。尤其是酒店餐饮部，中秋放假期间人服务员少可以理解，上菜慢可以接受，过节还要工作也不容易，说话嗓门忒大实在不太符合五星酒店的水准。第二天早餐环境太差，习惯的美式看上去跟茶水的颜色差不多，让服务员帮忙压一杯，居然告诉我他们的咖啡就这样的。我说，那好吧，我自己来，机器坏了算你的，这才作罢。总之，作为旅游城市，感觉整体服务需要提升。
