住过很多次五星酒店，这次体验是最差的，打扫卫生的服务员，每天的任务只是叠被子么？连搞乱的枕头都不会摆放好，地上头发根本就没打扫过。我记得其他酒店打扫的时候是要吸地的。还有每天赠水的问题，第一天剩一瓶，结果第二天就续了一瓶，每天两瓶水这不是酒店最基本的么？基本服务真的打不到五星标准。最后住了5天，结果酒店在艺龙就选择一天离店，要是心疼返现这点钱，我看你就别弄这种欺骗顾客的事了。

位置优越，旁边有利群购物广场，宝龙广场，悦动港湾，步行几步就到。前台大厅宽敞气派，早餐品种多样。唯一的缺憾是房间不够大。

非常棒的酒店，服务非常好。入住即有儿童礼物，结帐时有酒店自制曲奇饼，口味不错，宝宝非常喜欢。大堂经理服务超赞！
