复式家庭房空间挺大，适合一家人出游居住～
酒店服务人员都很热情，帮忙拉行李、订车，省心省时；客房部小姜、小徐还给小朋友送了气球，李静、宫祺、姜涵涛还给送了水果，很贴心，感谢～
有待提高：洗浴后拖鞋太滑；浴巾毛巾干净度有待提高；四楼餐饮价位不甚合理，煮鸡蛋5元一个；酒店附近饮食购物不方便……

首先要重点表扬预订部的美女春莉，小姑娘服务热情友好，还帮我充值微信，解了我网上支付之急，然后开始评价一下房间，公寓式复式，内有炉灶冰箱，酒店还可以给你有偿提供食材，可以自己动手丰衣足食，不错；美中不足的是：一，酒店门锁内锁毫无作用，根本就锁不上，不知道只是我住的这间是这样还是都是这样：二，没有休息勿扰的标牌，服务人员上午来送了一次水果，下午又按门铃然后刷卡进来了，两次弄的我措手不及好生尴尬；三，房间内的空调还是什么东西的声音巨大，堪比抽油烟机；综上，优缺点都有，利弊并存，服务还是很满意的，望更好
