此次在烟台探亲住了一周，很庆幸在艺龙网上选择了美亚国际公寓。首先是地理位置离亲友家很近，周围公交站点很多，到机场有巴士，到火车站，汽车站有好几路公交车到达，宾馆内有免费停车位，二楼，四楼有中西餐饮，房间配有厨具灶台，可以自己烹饪点简单饭食，很方便。二是宾馆服务很周到热心，遇到的问题都能及时解决。每个岗位的服务人员服务态度都很好。三是卫生很好，天天打扫卫生，送水果，床铺上还用毛巾叠了可爱的小动物，服务员会写小卡片留言，很温暖，有家一样的感觉。特别感谢大堂经理张昊宇，知道我住的房间空调不好，立刻为我们升级换房。还要感谢在一周中为我们热心服务的各位服务员，他们是：中班服务员小李，小康。还有王秋玲，石祖卫，张燕，李梅霞都给我们留下了美好印象，他们的服务应该得到赞誉和表扬。不足的地方：房间设施有些陈旧，小毛病时有出现，虽然服务态度好，可是也该好好维修保养下啦。
