位置很好，去长岛很方便，酒店从外面看不怎么样，但是内部装修还算是过得去，服务员都很热情，卫生方面还需要加强，离四五星级饭店还是有些差距的

酒店位置出行方便，去蓬莱阁和长客港坐船不行10分钟都可到达。
房间够大，洁具都是toto的，服务贴心送水果和晚安奶；看到我用电脑就给放了鼠标垫和擦屏的静电布。
就是旅游旺季价格有点小贵，其他都还好

餐厅服务员服务很好！大厅工作人员大部分很好。餐厅穿黑色制服的小领导，给人感觉很不舒服，说话语气、眼神都瞧不起人，视力眼！还有一个称海鲜的穿白色衣服的男人，好像谁欠他钱了，说话那么凶，我们选择住在这里，是信任，不是住在这里看你们脸色的！

饭店装修低奢有，服务热情，位置很好，离轮渡码头和蓬莱阁景点很近，走路10分钟左右。房间宽敞舒适，达到五星级标准，早餐丰富。晚餐很多本地人也团购自助餐，性价比不错。
