软硬件都很好，其他的照片别人上传很多了，我就不传了，都一致的，服务很好，自助餐也不错，98一位，虽然比外面98一位的逊色一点，但也不错，入住酒店的88一位，可以在前台直接买各景点门票，和网上预定的票一个价，便宜，唯一不满意的一点就是，我订的风尚大床房，写的是45平米，还有很多网上照片，看过才定的，来了前台给的409，房间如图，跟酒店上传照片不符，和网友上传照片也不符，仔细看看，大床就是两个小床拼的，这个房间就是标间把床拼一起，也没有单独的桌子和酒店图片里的茶具，我从艺龙定的，价格低于门市价，是不是这就是针对网络订房准备的房间

酒店干净，员工热情，大多数为了客人写好评，到地下一层点歺没当时点，服务员态度就马上变样，瞧不起人！最后在房间打电话点的歺，为了好评才对客人热情，不知道酒店管理人员这个方法能用多久，有种为了让我们写好评虚情假意，当面一套，背后一套，不舒服！其它还好！还是值得推荐的！

酒店干净，服务热情，早歺也挺好！值得推荐！就是说一点，晚歺自助个别服务员帮收两次桌子，我儿子不要儿童坐椅，硬是搬来不要紧，过后让我们写好评，觉得有点舒服，好像感觉这服务是为了好评，不是处于真心！希望下次入住的时候，不是让我们写好评才对客人服务热情！
