总体来说酒店的设施是按照五星酒店配置，早饭品种很多，但是每天没有任何东西换换花样，连吃4早非常头疼。有一天打扫卫生的人没有关紧水龙头，浴缸边上流水流出来一地都是，孕妇表示非常不安全！另外，卫生间里面设施稍微不是很合理，没有挂衣服的地方，没有化妆镜，然后淋浴间也容易漏水出来，卫生间里没有地漏，这些都达不到星级酒店的水准。服务员态度比较好也很有礼貌，酒店位置离码头和海底世界很近，总体来说还可以吧

入住的时候发现一间房间偏小，于是抱着试试看的心情去和酒店沟通是否能帮忙换一间！工作人员了解这个情况后马上帮我们升级了套房！这个是意外的惊喜！但是由于我们入住的早，所以去的时候房间还没有打扫！这个耗费了一段时间！不过用了好多的葡萄赔偿，葡萄真的真的蛮好吃！孩子都很喜欢！入住之后每天都有水果和牛奶送，这个蛮贴心的！套房很大，还有电脑，老公刚好需要！住的很舒适，酒店的自助餐也蛮好吃的，价格也不贵，挺合理，就是让他们开票的时候各种退却，这点不好，纳税人不应该合理交税嘛！

距离码头、海洋世界、蓬莱阁只需步行，很方便。早餐满丰富的，家庭房一家三口住着正好。有送水果和纯牛奶，总体评价不错！
