前台服务非常差，特别是一位柳姓姑娘，前台办手续时她就是上帝，客人你“爱来不来，不来最好"，非常不耐烦，感觉你八辈子欠她钱一样爱理不理，来住店就受气，可以改名为"登来愁"酒店了，隔壁万豪和希尔顿的住店感觉要好多，可以体会到宾致如归。
