服务态度差你爱住不住，傍晚四点都去登记付钱，说稍微等一下房间马上打理好了，钱要收钱房卡不给的我们一等就等了两个多小时

惊魂一天，在酒店大堂顾客和经理在吵架，由于我不擅长吵架没有加入，但酒店欺软怕硬，最后没办法我也加入了吵架队伍之中，原因是上午10点登记入住，告诉我们下午5点才能入住最后时间也定不了，有可能半夜才能住上，大家一听全体暴动，场面壮观，我最终是近4点住上的，不是酒店安排的，是我领着80岁老母亲和儿子等上楼抢的房间，看到空房我就霸占一间，好比世界未日一样抢房大战累得我们气喘吁吁，由于抢房激烈母亲心脏和哮喘犯病，不要提服务了，工作人员能躲就躲，最后退房还收了百分之三十服务费，具体细节不一一描述了，有的顾客比我们惨，哎，庆幸我们抢房成功最后住下了，青岛喜来登感觉像乡下一个旅馆，惊魂！惊讶！万万没想到，经理最后来处理问题表现沉默，不负责任是导致全体抗议的主要原因
