酒店在烟台市中心，附近很多餐厅，去火车站汽车站也很方便。服务是大写的赞，工作人员都很热情体贴。除了之前评价说到的床上摆设外，酒店每天都放些贴心的小物件在房间，感觉很暖心（最喜欢的是第一天给的小发贴）。除此之外，酒店设施不错，房间很大，床很舒服，洗浴间也不小。

朋友推荐，说服务堪比海底捞。订了四晚标间，没到时酒店有电话核实到店时间。办理入住很快，服务员给倒水，帮着找车位，提行李。每天都有手写的小纸条，水果，送孩子的小礼物。虽然设施不算很新，但是住的非常满意。酒店地理位置特别好，我们是自驾，酒店离张裕博物馆，烟台市，第一浴场都是十分钟不到的车程，离振华商厦，大悦城，万达广场也是十分钟左右，吃饭购物逛街都太方便了。如果再来烟台，一定还会选择香悦四季。
