服务真的好 第一次送了个发帖 第二天借了电脑散热器和鼠标垫 第三天送了化妆棉 硬件在当地属于OK 洗澡水有点不恒温 wifi有点不稳定 别的都好

酒店人员服务态度非常好 所以又多住了一个晚上 服务员艳艳超级贴心昨天送来了黄瓜片面膜今天送来了发贴 主要是那些纸条 真的很好 以后来烟台还会选择这家店的

非常不错的酒店，服务超红，房间干净、温馨，离烟台山、张裕酒文化博物馆很近，位于市中心、芝罘区政府斜对面，下次还会选择。

的确像大家说的那样，服务好的没话说，房间也干净，床睡着舒服，房间设施设备也一应俱全，也送了黄瓜片敷脸。唯一美中不足的是门缝很大，晚上风吹起来门一直在响，隔音效果不好。
