没住，预付款，跟官方联系了由于确实临时有事不能到达酒店所在地，不肯退款，艺龙用了几年了，就这样的处理方式确实不能接受

之前由于身份证未带只有户口本，需要去派出所开证明。当时特别不理解，心里非常不高兴，前台工作人员耐心解释并请工作人员带着一起去开证明，恰巧遇上酒店经理出门办事，于是特意将我们送过去办好后又送回酒店，特别贴心。酒店从前台工作人员每逢人员进出的站起来亲切问候，到经理真诚似朋友的对待，这次宜宾之行特别温暖。酒店打扫也十分干净，外出入住不就希望安全干净卫生，服务人员亲切吗？入住不二之选！强烈推荐。

室内停车场包括地下停车场太棒了，还有专职的泊车员，酒店是宜宾主城区，酒店设施好，前台美女服务态度好，很专业，每天温馨打招呼，客服也很有素质，总体进店的感觉很好，房间很温馨，值得推荐！！！！下次还要去住哦。提点建议，我住的房间（好像是511）卫生间洗脸池漏水到地下了，赶紧修一修吧。整体给满分。
