  已经是第二次入住了，上次入住有一点小插曲，但是酒店负责人立马道歉并解决问题，酒店的内部培训还是非常到位的，洲际品牌旗下的酒店品质还是很有保障的，入住准备的精致果盘，养生热饮。特别感谢温柔美丽的经理mia小姐姐，一直耐心跟我对接，包括这次的入住接待都安排的非常到位，期待下次入住

  房间临窗是个小区，挺安静的，床很舒服，枕头有软硬两种，可以根据自己的喜好选择。房间内饮用矿泉水充足，卫生间马桶还是智能马桶盖，毛巾和洗浴用品都是品牌的，酒店设施齐全都很新，有免费的洗衣房和健身房。酒店的工作人员也都很热情，服务很好，来宜昌选这家，强烈推荐！

  每次出行总会选择智选假日品牌的酒店，服务规范，标准统一。这家酒店就在长江边，以江景为特色的智选假日酒店，入住之后果然没有叫人失望，房间不仅正对江景，阳台上还有休闲座椅，坐在阳台品一杯茶欣赏江景真是一种享受。房间软硬件设施保留了智选一贯的高品质，房间还有免费的小零食，总之是一次非常满意的体验，入住首选。

  服务真是太好啦！上午10点左右到的，本来想寄存行李后先去逛一圈打发时间，前台热心地帮忙查询了房间状态，当时只有临江的大床房就帮我升级了一个江景房提前安排我入住了。房间的床品和舒服，我特别喜欢睡这家的软枕，房间带阳台，可以看江景空气也好。酒店还有免费的洗衣房，洗衣和烘干都是自助操作，操作流程和温馨提示都写的很清楚，使用起来也很简单方便。一句话性价比高，服务好，值得推荐！

  酒店服务非常好，第二次入住了前台帮忙升级了房间。这是一家很有特色的智选假日酒店，主打的是江景房，房间有观景阳台，可以远眺长江美景，听说是宜昌的网红酒店。房间干净卫生，是我住过这么多酒店以来最干净的酒店之一，设施齐全，之前住过几家智选假日好像都是指定同个品牌的产品，品质有保证。服务很满意，会推荐给朋友。
