  地理位置优越、步行五分钟到三峡游客中心，万达商场，夜晚可以看到璀璨的夜景，很惬意。 房间很干净 没有烟味没有潮味没有异味，整个酒店服务态度都很好 看到都会和你打招呼 每天都有免费可乐和水果。酒店前台妹子长相甜美，服务热情，给个赞！前台6号小妹妹，退房后帮我们去外面拦出租车，还帮忙把行李送到车上，这服务真的没话说。值得推荐！！！

  这家酒店，但是服务真的没得说，之前住过那么多次五星级连锁酒店，也没感受到这么好的服务。首先确认订单后，有客服管家专门加了微信，问大概什么时间到，发送酒店位置，要不要无烟房提前帮我们安排等等，进到酒店，特别意外，吧台的零食水果、咖啡都免费，矿泉水也是免费的，房间布置也很简约温馨， 员工的服务非常热情体贴，这次过去房间天气不好，非常的冷，在房间不想动，打电话到前台，前台13号小胡帮我买了烟，饮料，咖啡送到房间，好贴心，感动，下次有机会去宜昌，还会住他们家:

  这个酒店性价比极高，位置好，离游客中心步行几分钟。酒店的服务，是我住过的酒店中，最好的。无限量供应瓶装水，房间的冰箱里，饮料零食免费。免费火车站接送。大堂免费供应的咖啡，品质上乘。只要你在大厅坐下休息，服务员就会送上茶水。 前台的服务员史海萃细心耐心的解答客人的问题，送我们去火车站的司机小李，沿途给我们讲解宜昌的风景。给他们点赞！

  这个绝对五星好评！服务态度和五星级酒店一样！来办理入住登记给倒水，房型满了免费升级！出门下雨了前台17号小姐姐把自己的伞借给我了，真的很暖心呀。不光前台，就连打扫卫生的阿姨见到你都会微笑的说欢迎入住！需求基本有求必应！而且卫生干净！环境和地理位置也很好，就在万达广场和三峡游览旁边！设施也不错！网络快！性价比超高！以后来宜昌就住这里了！

  这次去宜昌住得最舒服开心的是水云岚这个酒店。酒店除了干净舒适外，还给我留下很多好感。第一好，酒店有到宜昌东火车站接送服务，特别准时和方便。第二好，一进大厅就有服务员送上茶水，前台侧面还提供免费的小吃和水果。第三好，客房阿姨像是田螺姑娘，收拾房间还会帮忙把衣服给你叠好。第四好，酒店房间有个小冰箱里面的饮料都是免费的，还有瓶装水是免费无限量供应的。还有还有前台服务员小熊很贴心不仅帮我把外卖送到房间还帮我提很重的行李箱，真的谢谢你，我们觉得入住水云岚很愉快很开心，水云岚酒店真的很不错哦，点赞👍
