环境还可以，服务很好，就是房间的灯光有点暗，前台礼宾人员很热情，有个小胡同志还热心的为我们叫了快车。服务员姐姐耐心教我的孩子叠各种小动物。推荐

因为到店的时间很晚，大堂副理胡俊宵贴心热情的服务，让我们有宾至如归的感觉，真真切切有种感觉他是我所入住酒店管理者里业务和服务最周到和优质的，下次再来我们还会选择桃花岭饭店。

入住时前台服务员稍感凌乱，因为有三四个人在办退房和开发票，安排的房间没有收到客房人员的确认，导致我到了房间看到的是凌乱的退房，这个感受是如梗在喉，柴经理的主动沟通和招呼让我平静下来，积极的给换了房间，像多年的朋友一样，感受到宜昌的热情和亲切，房间设施不错，床上的用品太旧了，客房的服务人员态度温和，洗衣服务快捷简便，下次会再来，也会推荐朋友来桃花岭饭店。
