有年头的星级酒店，一进大门的古樟树林优雅宁静，端庄大气的建筑诉说着历史。酒店服务堪称一流，员工规范认真体贴，客房干净舒适，自助早餐物超所值，是宜昌不可多得的宜居酒店，真是太满意了！尤其大堂副理胡俊宵和杨金燕非常耐心，帮助解决旅行中的问题，专业且热情，体会到了宾至如归的感觉，给宜昌旅游增色不少！

住了六天，头三天一般大床房，房间设施看得出有年头了，但是干净整洁没话说，洗澡水很大很舒服，毕竟是接待政府部门活动的，闹中取静一点也不吵，管家小妹热心折叠卡通浴巾，十分可爱。还送了水果。后面三天商务大床房舒服的没话说，全新装修，五星级的服务质量，每天都很热情送零食送水果。因为住时间比较长，临退房还送来小礼物，以后回来肯定还会住这里。特别推荐哦。
