非常非常棒的酒店！温馨的服务倍感家的温暖！尤其销售主管姚艳红，细心、周到、贴心，急客人所急，并主动积极提供各种帮助；还有前台的李东斌，亲切热情，晚上无意中发现我的对门在打麻将，还主动问候并询问是否需要安排换房？… 酒店环境也很不错…非常赞的一次入住体验，真心推荐！…在此也借这个机会再次感谢酒店上上下下各位领导和员工在我入住期间籍与的热情的服务和积极的帮助，深深地被酒店员工细致的关怀感动着…🌷🌷

去新世纪座邮轮，住着不错 携程订的比较便宜199没有早餐，自己叫外卖就行，房间卫生间估计是新装修的 有点味道，其他不错

环境超好，服务满意，位置便利，感觉是宜昌最棒的酒店，连续住了三晚，打扫卫生的服务员每天都给把睡衣叠好，心里暖暖的
