酒店整体感觉非常好。大堂明亮宽敞，服务非常正规，刚办完手续就有人过来帮你拿行李，引领到电梯，并告知如何到房间。房间和卫生间都挺大，寝具洁白挺括，一次性拖鞋摆在床前，配有水果和小食品，以及纸笔等文具，考虑的非常周到。卫生间配有马桶垫，用纸也不错。环境幽静，像个小公园。据说是政府接待用酒店，但价格很亲民。吃饭也很方便，离宜昌餐饮老店食家庄很近，步行5分钟。不足就是设备有些老，下水有点堵，连洗手池的下水都有排到地面上，洗漱用具档次低些。但总体来说值得一住。
