入住第二天 居然打扫卫生连桌上的奶粉都没有擦 昨天入住时候吧台纸巾上有根头发 今天依旧还有根头发 对于这种服务 也真的是很无语。。打电话给服务中心 说下次会注意 对于处理方式 也是很无语

这个酒店是我住过五星级中最差的 根本就没有五星级的服务 大约和快捷酒店差不多 没有门童（也可能有，但是没有看见过人 也不会有人来给你开车门和拿行李 一切都是自助，行李车是摆着看的），酒店前台办理入住的时候，服务员也是面无表情，不要说微笑了，连基本的礼仪都没有什么，大堂地毯也比较陈旧。健身房晚上11点关门，十点不到去的，在锻炼的时候服务员大概来了4-5次，开始不知道什么意思，后来才知道，原来是一直等着我走，后来忘了房卡回去拿，遇见服务员，我礼貌的微笑了一下，她居然黑脸，感觉很有意见，等我走出去立马把门给锁了！这种服务，真的很无语，还好是来旅游，只住两晚，酒店是万达持股的，洲际管理的，之前住的洲际服务都挺好，这个，估计是挂个牌。。定了高级房没房了给我们升级了行政楼的房，结果洗漱台真的很简陋，洗漱用品更别说了。也是第一次碰到这么差的。不说了
