服务细腻，设施齐全。坐台铁到礁溪站会有酒店的巴士接驳。酒店有两个餐厅可选，云天自助餐品类很多而且菜品都很新鲜，还能看到戏水温泉的景观。礁溪温泉首选。

We all love the outdoor onsen facilities with great view. The "Fish doctor" spa is a must for kids
Buffet dinner is surprisingly good with a great variety of food choices, just sometimes a bit crowded you have to line up for food
Excellent services with attentive to details e.g. lovely Christmas candies which keep the kids happy while the adults are busy checking-in, lovely slippers and yukata for kids to onsen, hot ginger tea served in the outdoor onsen to keep you warm in winter..etc.
Just two things recommended for improvement:
1. The fudon was not well maintained. It was not smooth when you sleep on it
2. Hair-dryer too weak. You sweat even more after onsen bath when you try to blow your hair dry with the weak hair-dryer for such a long time in the hot changing room
We will definitely visit the hotel again

酒店位置非常便捷，虽然房间小一点，但服务和其他方面很好也就弥补了不少。楼下商场林立，离诚品，101都很近，完全走走就到的距离。地铁站就在酒店楼下，出行太方便了。

很日式的酒店。很干淨。小孩子一到就兴奋得到處跑。我們訂了3人和式套房，早了點到，房間沒准備好，就去了B1 reading room。小孩子玩游戏，大人喝咖啡。挺不錯。
3點15分打來通知房間ready。有專人帶上房，介紹設施。服務周到。

非常高级及豪华的温泉酒店。
由进门的第一时间，就能感受到高级酒店的热情服务。
进入房间，装修非常素雅，设施也很奢。
进门处有一个入墙式鞋柜及客厕所，再往里走是泡浴压，在大的观景窗旁边有一个很大的温泉泡池。
睡觉区采用榻榻米，此区域也是木地板。旁边还有一个小偏厅。
酒店有三个餐厅，西餐厅，自助餐厅及咖啡厅。另外免费的活动非常多，桌球，乒乓球，健身，桑拿等。
当然最主打的是温泉，除了房间可以泡温泉，酒店还有室内及室外的温泉，室内是男女分开的，室外是露天野外风吕，男女混合 。
当然是酒店的价格也不菲。
