这家酒店是我在台湾的同事强烈推荐的，所以尽管在春节时候价格有点高，我也毅然订了。毫无疑问这是我本次入台住的最棒的宾馆，也是我目前所有的酒店住店体验中最杰出的一个，没有之一。酒店是走的日式风格，服务员都彬彬有礼，又不会给你感觉不是中国人的日式礼仪公式化。由于住店的时候，小儿正好在花莲吹了海风着凉了，到了大堂准备check in的时候，小朋友突然吐了，我非常不好意思，可是服务人员却说没关系，地板可以随之清洁，小孩的健康最重要，帮我们买药，还安排车辆去当地医院救医。酒店是包含一顿晚餐和一顿早餐的，由于去的那天孩儿生病，手忙脚乱的，我们4口之家只能安排我太太带着女儿去晚餐，我陪儿子在房间休息。第二天考虑到我们孩子的情况，酒店尽管满房，还是给了我们延迟到14点退房，而且随后安排了一楼康乐部的包厢给小儿休息，贴心的准备了冰袋毛毯。晚餐的时候我带女儿去餐厅就餐，因为已经退房了，所以我想现金结账，酒店问清了房号后，表示昨晚的4人晚餐因为只有2人就餐，所以第二天就不用支付费用。真的是出乎意外，非常细心。行程只在这家酒店逗留一晚，然而这一天在酒店，我亲眼见证了服务业的最高水平，比我平日公司出差的那些国际大牌五星酒店更为贴心，细致，主动。服务员的举止谈话给人感觉非常舒服亲切，而不是那种机械式的公式化。我非常感谢酒店的优质服务，我也非常期待这种优秀的管理能够来到大陆。
